A beautiful young woman with matching tattoo's on either shoulder. They are Chinese tattoo's. Her skin is very pale almost the color of milk. She stands at a tall five fee and eight inches. Though she is tall she is very light. She weighs only one hundred and thirteen pounds.
Chelsea has long beautiful green hair that cascades down her back all the way to her knees. Her eyes are light green the same color as her hair rimmed in silver. Chelsea only wears dresses. The dresses she wears stop just above her knees and have no sleeves. The straps are usually loose and draped over the sides of her shoulders. Like you see in the picture.
PERSONALITY:
Chelsea is very brilliant which is how she became one of the miner leaders. She always thinks ahead and plans her moves out before doing them. Though she controls a small group of grunts they have never lost a battle yet. Chelsea is a very proud person. Which could be a weakness. But has yet to turn into one. She can actually be very friendly. Towards Team Kuro members of course. But when she is angry you better watch out.
It takes allot to make Chelsea angry. But when she does get angry it's usually the lowest grunt working under her that get's hurt. Chelsea carries a long whip with her every where that is clipped to her side in a belt. She will often use it on wild pokemon. But once in a while she may use it on the trainer she is trying to steel pokemon from. Which leaves large red welts where it hits. Some times even splitting the skin open.

Chelsea was born to Kenny and Pam Rose. Her mother died at birth leaving her father to care for her. But her father was very busy. For he was the second in command of Team Rocket. So she was often left at the Day Care Center all day until late at night when he would finally come pick her up. Some times he was gone for days and a strange lady would come and watch over her. Soon the lady became like a mother figure. When her first word was spoken it was Momma. When her dad found out he asked for some time off to spend with his daughter. From than on he was home allot more.
By the time Chelsea was ten she began working as a grunt for Team Kuro. She was a Riolu to start with. Many grunts where angry that she got such a good pokemon. But after all their boss was her father.
When Chelsea was twelve her father left for a major mission. But he never returned. He was betrayed by one of his grunts and his whole team was caught by the police. Her father was killed a few months later. Chelsea was devastated and requested one year off from work to travel and get a grip on things. They leader agreed.
So Chelsea traveled all around the region. Eventually her Riolu Yaiba evolved into a Lucario. The two where very close and could even understand each other. They would talk frequently. With time they caught a Bagon she named Ruddy a Vibrava named Sky and a Scraggy.
When Chelsea and her new pokemon returned she had beaten all the gym leaders and the elite four. But had bean unable to defeat the Champion. With return she was given her fathers job. She was surprised but promised to not let the leader down.I Throw My Hands Up In The Air Sometimes
