Jocia has short gray hair that rests on her shoulders. She has chocolate brown eyes. Jocia stands at five feet and four inches. She weighs one hundred and eight pounds. She keeps her hair straight and never puts it up in a ponytail.
Jocia loves the color blue and almost always wears blue clothes. She prefers dresses over skirts and blouses. But if she can't wear a dress she'll wear a skirt and blouse before she'll ever wear a bear of pants. She likes to look cute and often wears a little make up on her face. Jocia loves painting her nails and will put little designs on her nails.
PERSONALITY:
Jocia is a very friendly girl. She likes to help others when she can. Jocia loves to cook and will often cook for others if she finds them on the trail. She loves making sweet foods as well as spicy foods. Jocia is an awesome singer as well. And will often sing as she travels.
Her love for all pokemon often makes quick friends. Though she favorites flying pokemon she really loves them all. Bug, fire, fighting, grass she doesn't care. There all perfect in her eyes. Jocia is so open and friendly that it is very rare for someone not to like her.

Jocia was born on a small island outside of the Kyuuga Region. Her parents are Nina and Paul. She has no siblings. The island is very small and only about one hundred people live on it. Visits from outsiders are extremely rare. Her father and mother ran a fish mart. Her father would go out fishing every morning. Jocia would stay with her mother and play with her mothers pichu while she worked.
When Jocia was eight she went on the boat with her father for the first time. She didn't do much besides watch her father and help toss the fish back if they where to small. Over the next two years she became an important member of her dads fishing boat. So when she turned ten years old her parents didn't expect what was about to happen.
At twelve years old Jocia requested to travel to Kyuuga Region to become a breeder and coordinator. It took her two years before her parents finally agreed to let her go.I Throw My Hands Up In The Air Sometimes
