Liec stands at about 5"0 weighing about, maybe, 105 lbs. Most of that is light muscle that you can barely see unless Liec flexes. Liec's eyes were originally dark until the lugia DNA changed one eye to a pink-ish red. Thats why you'll alsways find bangs over that one red eye. Why does Liec hide it, well because it doesn't look cute. Speaking of hair, you'll always find this gijinka's hair at least at the hips. Thankfully its always tied up into two ponytails.
As you can see, Liec likes frilly pink clothes. Especially the ones with the fancy accessories. This little gijinka just absolutly loves cute clothing so you'll never see any sort of baggy or boy-ish clothes on this one. If it weren't for the black lugia tail that always has a way of ripping through most Liec's clothing, you'd see alot more girly clothes. He considers himself a fashion wizard. Yes I said he because Liec is biologically a boy.
Now for his gjinka parts, well his hands are actually wings of a black lugia. You can definitely tail on the hands since they look like wings. Then there's the ever-present tail that is long then him. And finally there's the single eye that has been changed. Other than those, he looks like a normal human girl. Yes, he looks like a girl. His face especially. {And no, he does not wear a wig.}
PERSONALITY:
Now his attitude is not much different from his sense of style. Liec talks and acts like a girl. Lets just say you meet him for the first time, you will not be able to tell that he is actually a boy. Around new people he acts cute changes his voice pitch to match a girls. Even a girl couldn't tell if he was a boy or not at first.
But despite his act, Liec is absolutly ruthless. Its probably because of this that he's found out most of the time. If your an enemy you'd best say your prayers while you still can. In fact you best want to stay on his good side or else he'll destroy you right then and there unless your absolutly needed for something. Though sometimes, if he's not stopped he will try to kill you even if you are needed. On top of that he's one of those self-lovers. He'll love himself more than anyone else. Which does not help his superiors; for one very serious reason. He is not very loyal. If he takes enough interest in someone he'll tell them anything they want to know that he knows, at the right price that is. Though its pretty difficult to get into such a high position for him. {A little tip; he thinks everyone around him is a 'toy'.}
Well at least he listens to his superiors when it comes to missions. That much they should be thankfull for. Like any tool for Team Dark Shade, he'll get his mission and accomplish it with either joy or reluctance. Even he gets his lazy streaks. {Though they don't last very long since gets bored easily.}

Now you'd think Liec would've had one strange childhood, not so much. Though he had no parents Liec lived with relatives when he was a child. No his parents did not die and as much as it may seem like abandonment, his parents left him to his mother's relatives because of their jobs. His mother was apparently a world-class coordinator who was always on the move while his father was one of those body-guards you'd see protecting those rich old dudes. Well the relavtives he lived with lived in Sinnoh while his parents were off who knows where. Now you may wonder how he got here, well its simple. Throughout his basically very average and boring childhood his relavtives would often travel to different regions. Well, this time they decided to bring him along, this is when he started taking a liking to women's clothing. It might've been just to get him out of his girly-ness but it was ultimately that, that got him kidnapped in the end. Though it may have been with their intolerance of his attitude, they let their eyes wander away and poof he was gone. Well more like dragged into the shadows and dragged away. Yes, he was unconsious when that happened. Now whether it was stealth or maybe a pokemon that knocked him out, pfft; he'll never know. Now he runs with Team Dark Shade as one of their 'heros', a gjinka amongst the gijinka.....I Ain't The Sharpest Tool In The Shed.
