Josiah sank his teeth into the bread and chewed slowly. The taste of all the different fruits made an awesome combination. He licked his lips when he finished the slice of bread. He got up and walked to the creek with a small bowl of water and came back he set it next to Destiny than dug out some food for her and filled up another bowl.
Destiny smiled and drank greedily than ate every last bite of the food before drinking more. She than curled up where she sat and closed her eyes.
Connor looked up surprised when she brought a slice of soggy bread for Blitz. Why hadn't he thought about that. He nodded his approval and stood up giving Beka room to sit. He than walked into the forest looking for some more berry's that might be of use for tomorrow.
Blitz looked up at Beka's eyes and smiled, "thank you." He than took a small bite and chewed for what seemed for ever before he swallowed and took another bite.

Beka nodded as Connor moved away to give her space, "Thanks." As the Flareon started to eat the soft mush that the bread had begun, she called out softly, "Blat? Come on over, I have some for you as well." As the Leafeon slendered over, she gave him/her (Not sure which) some berries, as well as a poffin, which the yellow green Pokemon sniffed, then sank his/her teeth into.

Connor spotted a nice bush filled with plump berry's. He headed for it and started to pick the berry's. He saw a rather large red one and grabbed it and pulled. When it didn't disconnect from the branch he pulled with all his strength trying not to squish it. He heard a loud roar and the berry was yanked out of his hand. And a large Ursaring stood up from where it had bean sleeping and swiped at Connor. He let out a startled scream.
Flare woke up shortly after she had drifted asleep and emerged from the ten and sniffed the air. "Oh yumm something smells good." She looked at what Blitz was eating and wrinkled her nose that sure didn't look good but what Blat was eating. Just than she heard a scream and took off into the forest knowing Connor was in trouble. Seeing the Ursaring she used Ember on it trying to chase it away. But it only seemed to make it even more angry.
Josiah looked up from where he had bean caring for Destiny. "Beka you should go I'll take care of Blitz. Unless you think we should both go?"
{I have bean planning this from the beginning. I figured Beka could save his and Flare's life and urn his respect and friendship.}

Beka rose to her feet as she heard the roar and the scream that soon followed, "I'll go. I think Blat and I can handle it. You take care of Blitz and Destiny." She sprinted into the forest, Blat close at her heels.
Once she got to where Connor and Flare were, she could tell they were in trouble. Without pausing, she yelled out, "Blat, Magical Leaf." She jumped forward herself and used Quick Attack, springing back and forth.

The Ursaring scream and slashed at Connor his claws cutting his shirt and drawing blood. It let out a cry as both attacks hit it. He turned and roared in anger and swung at them with his claws. He was to enraged to think about using any of his powers.
Flare used ember but was knocked to the side by a blow from the back of the ursaring's paw. It didn't cut or do any damage to her other than knocking the air out of her.
Connor crawled to Flare and stood protectivly over her.

Beka saw Flare and Connor get hit, and shouted out, "Don't move, you two. I can take care of this one!" She was sure that she could win, as well. She looked at Blat, standing there determinedly, "Blat, Magic Leaf again, then Razor Leaf." She herself used Bite, then resorted back to quick attack.

The Ursa Ring roared out in pain. He looked at the boy he was still angry but was starting think it wasn't worth it. He used False Swipe at the girl than turned and used Yawn at the flareon.
Connor was surprised the Ursaring hadn't given up yet. It must be determined to get revenge on him for his accident. Connor bent down to check on Flare and took the yawn for Flare making him fall asleep.

Beka yelped, but then used Trump Card. Blat, instead of listening for a command, used razor leaf again, then leapt back towards where Connor was now sleeping, standing by him and Flare, glaring at the Urasing. Beka saw her moving and nodded, pleased that her Pokemon could think for herself, "Good idea, Blat. Keep up attacking it, but more importantly, keep them safe."

Ursaring growled than turned and took off into the woods. It didn't want to fight no more. Besides he had gotten revenge on the stupid trainer. He disappeared with a loud crashing sound threw the woods.
Blitz got up and stumbled into the woods wanting to make sure the boy was ok. He kept falling he was to weak. He felt his weight lift up from the ground and saw Josiah picking him up. "Thanks.
Josiah ran into the woods. He made sure the pokemon was gone before stepping towards Beka. "Are you ok? You didn't get hurt did you?" He set Blitz down next to Connor gently than ran over to her and checked her out. She seemed to be ok as far as he could. He than turned to Connor. "You ok kid.....kid....hey kid." He walked over and turned the boy face up he saw the blood soaked shirt and the boy's closed eyes. "What's wrong with him Beka? The wounds not bad enough for him to go unconscious."

Beka watched the bear Pokemon lumber through the woods. As she heard Josiah approach her, she turned back to him and saw him bending over Connor, "Oh, he just got in the way of Yawn." She ran towards her bag and returned, holding a small berry. Prying Connor's jaws apart, she made him swallow the Chesto Berry.
She looked over the scene of the battle, "Flare, are you okay?"

Connor woke up with a groan the berry had tasted horrid, "wh...what happened? Where's the Ursaring?" He turned seeing Blitz and frowned. "What is he doing here? He quickly got up but flinched from the pain in the shoulder but ignored it. He quickly checked over Blitz than turned to Flare. She had a bit of a scratch on her left front leg but nothing serious. After making sure his pokemon where ok or as good as ok as Blitz could get he turned to Beka. "Are you and Blat ok? He quickly walked over to Blat and checked him over. He told Flare to go and grab his book bag.
Flare ran off with a slight limp and quickly returned and dropped the bag next to Connor than lied down tired all of a sudden.
Connor dug threw his book bag and found the spray bottle. It had a healing potion he had made himself out of the juice of berry's. He sprayed the few wounds on Blat and smiled. "There you should be fine by morning. But you should still have Nurse Joy check her over when we get there tomorrow night ok Beka?"

Beka nodded, "I'll make sure to do that, thanks. And yes, we are fine. How about you? YOu were asleep half the battle time and couldn't tell me if you were okay."
Blatblinked up at Connor as he sprayed her wounds, "Thank you. That feels much better already." Then shewalked slowly back to their camp, followed by Beka. When the other two came, they would find the two fast asleep,Blat curled in Beka's arms.

Connor rubbed the back of his neck. "I'm fine just a little scratch." He shrugged off the scratch that was still bleeding. He picked Blitz up and headed back to camp. He whistled for Flare to fallow him. "Yea sorry about that. I had to take it for Flare." Connor turned to look at Blat and nodded, "no problem any trainer or breeder would do it. I can't stand seeing a pokemon injured." He watched as Blat and Beka turned and left.
Josiah fallowed quickly after her. He stepped into the tent and laid down on his sleeping bag and wrapped his arm around her before he to fell asleep.
Connor was the last to reach camp he placed Blitz on a pillow next to his sleeping bag than went back out and piled more wood on the fire. Than went into the ten and fell asleep as well. Flare coiled up next to him but stayed awake most of the night keeping guard.
